At Wonder Dawn Tiles & Marbles, we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products.

Our Shipping Policy outlines the processing, dispatch, delivery timelines, and important information regarding your orders.

Shipping Coverage

We offer Pan India delivery — we ship tiles and marble products to all states and union territories across India. Whether you are renovating a home in Dehradun or furnishing a commercial space in Mumbai, we will deliver to your doorstep.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For any location-specific queries, please contact our team before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment (if applicable) is received, we begin processing it within the following timeframes:

Order Confirmation Within 24 hours of enquiry / order placement
Processing Time 1–3 business days (subject to product availability)
Dispatch After processing, goods are handed to our logistics partner
Business Days Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the logistics partner assigned to your order:

Uttarakhand 2–4 business days
North India 3–6 business days
Rest of India 5–10 business days
Remote Areas May take additional 3–5 days depending on accessibility

These are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, strikes, logistics delays, or high demand periods. We will keep you informed if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order quantity, total weight, and delivery destination. The applicable shipping cost will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges may vary for bulk orders vs. small retail quantities
  • For large commercial orders, special freight arrangements may be made — our team will discuss this with you directly
  • Any applicable taxes or local levies on delivery are the responsibility of the buyer

Packaging & Handling

Tiles and marble are fragile materials. We take special care in packaging every order to minimise the risk of breakage during transit:

  • Products are packed in sturdy corrugated boxes or wooden crates as appropriate
  • Bubble wrap, foam, and edge protectors are used for additional safety
  • Each package is clearly labelled with handling instructions for the logistics partner

Despite best efforts, minor transit damage can occasionally occur. Please refer to Section 7 for guidance on damaged deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details (courier name and tracking number) with you via WhatsApp or email. You can use this information to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

We stand behind the quality of our products and our delivery process. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect the delivery at the time of receipt before signing the delivery receipt
  • Photograph or video the damaged packaging and products immediately upon opening
  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with the photos/videos
  • Do not use or install damaged tiles — this may affect your eligibility for a replacement

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you. Claims reported after 48 hours or without photographic evidence may not be accepted.

Delivery Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery, please note the following:

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address details at the time of ordering
  • Wonder Dawn is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
  • Re-delivery charges may apply if a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable
