process for requesting refunds and resolving order-related concerns.

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all product dispatches, showroom bookings, and site purchases managed by Wonder Dawn Tiles and Marbles Private Limited out of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Because architectural surfaces (such as vitrified slabs, ceramics, and natural marbles) are heavy, batch-specific, and fragile, returns are executed strictly under the structured logistics parameters detailed below.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Due to batch variation constraints and the fragile nature of transport logistics, materials are only eligible for returns under the following explicit circumstances:

Damaged in Transit Eligible if structural transit breakage exceeds the standard 3%–5% allowance.
Incorrect Supply Eligied if the received tiles mismatch your signed invoice pattern, SKU, or size details.
Material State Must remain entirely uninstalled, unused, and packed within original factory crates.
Reporting Window Claims must be logged within 48 hours of drop-off with clear photo/video proofs.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain product categories and transaction profiles cannot be returned or refunded under any conditions:

  • Custom Sourced or Fabricated Orders — tiles cut to specific dimensions, special-order imported collections, or bespoke marble allocations.
  • Installed Materials — once a tile or stone slab has been laid, cut, pasted, or treated by your site mason, it is deemed accepted and cannot be returned.
  • Color or Texture Variations — natural marbles, veining profiles, and ceramic glaze tones naturally contain variations between batches. Minor differences from sample pictures are standard and do not warrant returns.
  • Leftover Box Quantities — we do not accept returns on loose or residual boxes left over after the completion of your tile installation project.
Pro-Developer Tip: We strongly advise reviewing batch numbers, material dimensions (such as our 24x48 inch large format tiles or 6x36 inch wood planks), and surface finishes with our Dehradun team prior to loading truck dispatches.

The Refund Processing Workflow

Once a return or cancellation claim receives official approval from our review panel, financial settlements are initialized according to these transparent parameters:

Refund Mechanism Processed exclusively back to the original bank account or payment gateway mode used.
Turnaround Timeline 5–10 business days from the moment the approved items arrive back at our warehouse.
Freight Deductions Two-way shipping and loading expenses already incurred will be deducted from the payout.
Alternative Payout Clients may choose a digital corporate credit note valid for a period of 6 months.

Please note that banking delays or payment gateway clearance cycles may extend the time it takes for funds to reflect in your statement.

Transit Breakage & Industry Standards

Tiles and stones are inherently heavy, brittle structural elements. An industry-standard transit wastage allowance of 3% to 5% for minor corner chips or hairline fractures is normal during commercial surface transport and loading runs.

Refunds or tile replacements are issued strictly for documented structural damage that completely compromises the total surface area beyond this standard allowance. We urge site supervisors to cross-verify structural crates right at the time of delivery before releasing transport trucks.

How to File a Valid Refund Request

To avoid processing delays, ensure your formal request complies with the following validation steps:

  • Forward an email to inquiry@wonderdawntiles.in containing your official corporate bill or invoice reference number.
  • Attach clear, high-resolution photographs and a video unboxing or inspecting the damaged crate pallets.
  • Our Dehradun verification inspectors will assess the material data logs and issue a status response within 1–2 business days.
  • Do not turn away delivery trucks or send freight shipments back to our facility without receiving an official Written Return Authorization code from our desk. Unverified return runs will be rejected at our warehouse gates.
