Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders and enquiries placed with Wonder Dawn Tiles and Marbles Private Limited, operating from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation by Customer

We understand that plans can change. You may request a cancellation of your order subject to the following conditions:

Before Dispatch Cancellation accepted — full refund or credit note issued
After Dispatch Cancellation not accepted once goods are in transit
Custom Orders Non-cancellable once production or procurement has begun
How to Cancel Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details

Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, regardless of timing:

  • Custom or special-order tiles — products sourced, cut, or manufactured specifically for your requirement
  • Orders already dispatched — once handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation is not possible
  • Bulk commercial orders — where procurement or reservation of stock has already been initiated on your behalf
Please Note: We strongly recommend confirming measurements, designs, and quantities with our team before placing your order to avoid cancellation requests.

Cancellation by Wonder Dawn

In rare circumstances, Wonder Dawn Tiles and Marbles reserves the right to cancel an order on our end. This may occur in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or discontinued at the time of processing
  • Incorrect pricing or product information was listed due to a technical error
  • The delivery location is inaccessible or outside our logistics network
  • Suspected fraudulent or invalid order details

In all such cases, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund or offer a suitable alternative. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Refund on Cancellation

Where a cancellation is accepted and a payment has been made, refunds will be processed as follows:

Refund Mode Original payment method or bank transfer (as agreed)
Processing Time 5–10 business days from cancellation confirmation
Deductions Any shipping or handling costs already incurred may be deducted
Credit Note Alternatively, a credit note valid for 6 months can be issued

Refunds will only be processed after the cancellation has been reviewed and approved by our team.

Return vs. Cancellation

A cancellation applies to orders that have not yet been delivered. If you have already received your order and wish to return it, different terms apply:

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos
  • Change of mind, incorrect quantity ordered, or colour variation (due to screen differences) are not valid reasons for return
Important: We recommend ordering a small sample before placing a large order to ensure the tile colour, texture, and finish matches your expectations.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your name, order reference number, and reason for cancellation
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
  • Do not refuse delivery without prior written confirmation from our team

Unauthorised refusal of delivery may result in return shipping charges being deducted from any applicable refund.
